Phones are Better Than Iphone

August 3rd, 2011 3:00 am

We have devised a list of Latest Mobile Phones, which we believe are either better than Iphone and its variant or at least compatible enough to give tough competition in the global market. Mobile technology is grooming up with a rapid speed, as we can see there have been several hi tech OS in the market now, such as Android, Linux and more. Following is the list of phones which we think can give hard time to Iphone.

Nokia have always been well known for their well-crafted cell phones, and the Finnish company doesn’t disappoint their loyal fans with this awesome smartphone.

The N97 is a touch screen “mobile computer” and it has a fold-out QWERTY keyboard. It is important to note that the N97 is Nokia’s second touchscreen phone that is based on the Symbian OS S60 5th edition platform. Because of some mild criticism over its initial software, Nokia released a new firmware in October last year.

The cell-phone can run Skype with an application from Ovi store.

A downsized version, called the N97 mini, is also available. As a matter of fact, the downsized version has actually received better marks from critics than its older brother.

The device size is 117.2 x 55.3 x 15.9 mm, the volume can go up to 88 cc and it weighs roughly 150 grams.

It has an 3.5 inch LCD and a mass storage memory of 32 GB. Pretty impressive.

One big drawback of the phone is its camera lens cover, which on some occasions can cause scratches on the lens. Most of these problems have, however, been resolved on later models.
